Thanh Xuan Organic Vegetables - @ Action for the City The Thanh Xuan organic bag scheme provides an opportunity for you to purchase fresh, tasty and seasonal vegetables which are free from artificial chemicals and genetic modification (GM). Currently, bags are delivered twice weekly on a Tuesday and Friday, you can request a bag on one or both of these days. •Delivery operates through selected drop-off points; if your home or workplace orders more than 15kg in total per delivery it will automatically qualify to become a new drop-off point for your convenience. •Alternatively, individuals could pick up veggies at either Just Massage or our office Action for the City: Thanh Xuan Organics is a community-based initiative where poor farmers from the rural outskirts of Hanoi, Vietnam, are growing organic vegetables in a bid to improve their quality of life and tackle environmental problems resulting from conventional farming practices. The farmers sell their organic produce directly to the consumer without the use of a ‘middle man’.
