A bar and cafe run by a local music lover with late hours, wifi, shishas, and a comfortable vibe.
We held our son's 1st birthday party here on the weekend, in the playroom.
It was great - we pre-ordered the drinks and food (food was all delicious), and all we had to do was turn up. Daluva can also do theme decorations, party bags, cakes and entertainment, though we didn't need theme etc given it was a 1-year-old's party, and we brought our own cake. They have a "party package" which gives loads of ideas for themes, and has special kids' menus.
The room was all set up for us, and we left it in quite a state - so not having to do the clean up was worth every cent.
Rudy & Aaron were very helpful, and were eager to make sure everything was to our liking.
Would definitely recommend Daluva as a venue for kids' parties.

The cocktail party at my house on Saturday was really good .. your staff was great with the delivery and service, the food was perfect, and a good time was had by all. Thank you and Rudy and the Daluva team for making the event a wonderful success, as I had my family and good friends visiting and they were all quite impressed by what I could offer here in crazy Hanoi! Having brought some of them to Daluva for meals and drinks throughout the week, I simply only had to say, "Daluva delivery!" Alllllll gooood!

Daluva is good but not great, the food is good but not amazing, the drinks well made, but rather pricy.
Having sampled most of the menu and many of the drinks I can say that nothing is bad but very few dishes are great.
The atmosphere is very relaxed with soothing music, dark wood tones, and lots of candle light. During the day it's not as good, the atmosphere is less and the breakfast is not as good as kitchen's or five's eggs.
In western europe or the coastal us this place would be seen as lacking substance because while good nothing seems amazing/ fantastic value. If you need a place for a glass of wine while you use internet during the day or have drinks with a date (good martinis for hanoi) it's fine, if think everything in Hanoi is cheap including all the nicer restaurants then go weekly, for the rest of us if you're in the area otherwise there are better places for a great meal or a nice drink.
