5 star for the superb staff only had an quick espresso, can 't comment on the food but they impressed me whilst being the only guest there with their witty question about my background and looks and attentive service. Later on my hearing impaired friends came in and the staff were really helpfull to get their orders. the other waiting staff in the back were not smirking what normally happens but also stepped in.
Surely will come back to try the food.a blissfull service!

if there is a zero star rating then it should be this one. it was a bad omen when i went there with my VN gf in. Dirty looks or even ignored us. most staff busy texting. the menu is priced in dollars then you know how late it is..Quality of the Bun Ca $ 4 I had was very mediocre, little fillings of fish and some lost seafood , the stock was not tastefull, the orange juice i ordered tasted chemical. the bill at the end was more filling ..filling me with anger 10% added.no thank you no ususal greeting at the end from the surely waiting staff. Save your money and go just up the street near the market for a bun tang on the street side.

food is great no doubt, yes service lacks professionalism and me and my friend could see a tbale next to us walking away in disgust about i guess the slow erratic service without even ordering.what was striking is that the service staff was exchanging some words ,looked amazed however carried on chatting amongst each other.the supervisor did not care at all and was leaning against the bar.or payed attention only to regular guest.i find this (non service) like many reviewers not in comparison for the price/quality balance.although our table was not really affected due to my friends command in vn language is excellent. it left an impression of a great lack of quality in this discipline.

when you visit this place too many times it gets boring . On Any given night. At 00:00 police pay a visit, music stops, barlady dissappears, wait 10 minutes, security guy yells to DJ, music starts again. Still the best place for a good variety of music and mixers: Gin-tonic:Gin with a splash of tonic great stuff!

this place tucked away in an area where's a lot of com van phong. however when we were there it was not busy.Still we had to wait long for the order and matters made worse that despite i was a native vn speakers we got one wrong dish. the owner a good willing server was in deep regret but could only bow of sorrow for the misstake and then left slowly shuffling the lunch room still facing us.the tempura for 70 000 is ok and for the prices it's worth to go as its for Japanese standard prices ok.

yes there is one called Loo Pub. it is not reviewed here yet, but its on the name of ride Club. VN people tend to like techno mixed with silly euro pop and they go wild on this. once they had a R&B night in the Nutz and en masse the regulars left the club when they found out there was no house music.Loo pub is small but has a sound of a club.however they tend to play the same tunes over and over again. And there was a club called Hanoi Alcoholic university(HAU)which had to close but reopend under a new name. this club used to play mainly old school.
Perhaps go to Pharrell's studio and nick some tunes for us! Washington DC is not far from Virginia Beach I' ve heard:)
In response to the question: Hi, I've been reading the review of the nightlife here but I haven't seen anything specifically mentioning hip-hop and R&B clubs. Are there any go...

How about Western people you can't trust? I've been disappointed by ''some''Western people, who claimed to have higher standards then ''these'' locals. That makes me more angrier with the unavoidable ''apologetic'' bla bla which I always get after another bad promise.Don't compare your cultural to the local culture. We all have some bad things and good things and in the end it's all about human relationships despite with some culture barriers we can make something of it.
In response to the question: A person I know complained that she cannot trust ANY local people because she has enough bad experiences about Vietnamese people during her 2 years st...
