The best museum in Hanoi. One of the few I've actually gone to more than once. It's the first place I suggest to visitors to Hanoi.
It's hard to spend the time needed to see everything in one visit. I would suggest splitting it into 2 visits if possible.
The replica houses around the back are definitely a highlight not to be missed!

Went for a here for a Sunday Brunch expecting about a 3 star experience based on other reviews.
It's not Hong Kong and they only had about 2/3 of what was on the menu, but it did the trick.
We ended up sitting around chatting for about 2 hours and they didn't mind.
We left a moderate tip for their troubles and the staff was pleasantly surprised.
Our bill was came to about 40,000 for each.
I will return.

Uma is great. It has a the missing pieces I need for my flat. It's nice to have a place where you can buy quality items at a (mostly) fair price.
You have to be a bit cautious with the items, since they often seem to have mistakes. I think a lot of the items here are the ones not good enough to send to IKEA.
So look before you buy!

I've done it at the shop on corner of Lo Su and Hang Dau.
In response to the question: I need to transfer a VHS tape into DVD. Does anybody knows where to find a shop that provides this service...
