Inappropriate?

I meandered to the Cheeky Quarter last weekend... and was locked in for a couple of hours. Despite too-smokey interiors (no bars in hanoi have good ventilation!), the music was very good-- different from the endless repeat play at Mao's or Dragonfly... which made being locked in bearable. The drinks were generously proportioned and service is quick. The decor is a bit odd but not in your-face. Reminded me of an old english pub gone askew. The owner was very cute. Definitely recommend popping in for a few!
