Yes, training/ footy does happen in Hanoi on Thursday nights from 7.15pm - 8.30pm at Hoang Cau Stadium, Hoang Cau.
The Vietnam Swans also hit the turf in Saigon each Saturday at 3pm out at the RMIT campus in District 7.
