Inappropriate?

I can't rave enough about VIP bike - the service was great and the bike is beautiful and new! Andrew and his crew are great; from making sure your bike is in top condition (well mine was new, but they still did some fine tuning), to helping you with the basics (especially since I'm a newbie to both the motorbike/hanoi) and even did a test drive with me in the area to make sure I was feeling comfortable before I rented the bike. I truly don't think you can get that anywhere else in Hanoi, especially all in English too! In addition, Andrew sells other items a newbie like me would benefit from - like a filter face mask (which from talking to other foreigners - you can't get otherwise) from a company that helps locally disadvantaged women. He also has raincoats (that support Blue Dragon), bags, and helmets. So overall, have to say amazing experience, great organization (love that it gives vocational training to the kids at Blue Dragon) and a great bike :)
