Inappropriate?

I have been here about 3 months and a nice chat with several other guest at this guest house show that the owner is charging everyone different room rates...even for the same sized room...the difference can be up to a 100$...insane!!!

The owner has even started to randomly charge people for services that have been free for the last couple years and has been one of the hotels saving graces. If you bother to complain or inquire why rates are increasing 20% in one month, she then says "if you don't like it go elsewhere, I have many customers because of this site"...well that's great but because of this site foreigners have a way of combating Vietnamese who like to overcharge people depending on what they feel like they can charge...not a great policy when your whole customer base is foreigners and their word of mouth.

I think the guests at this house should compare what they are paying with the guests in the same rooms, they might be in for a shock!!!
