Inappropriate?

All of the nightclubs were shut down from drug busts just weeks before I arrived in late July 2007. I'm an avid dancer, so this was disappointing...however if the clubs were anything like they are in Danang or Saigon, then I may have been disappointed anyhow. Too much strobe light...and the whole call girl/rich guy thing wasn't the kind of crowd I really feel comfortable with. The music wasn't always that bad, but the dance floor was usually pretty tiny. So...I've created SNDP (Sunday Night Dance Parties). It's now the last Sunday of every month, and you can join the group on this website if you feel so inclined. It might turn into a weekly event if enough interest and attendance is generated. Think "freestyle" dancing to an electronic playground. Plenty of space to move, nice sound system, hardwood floor, nice and dark with a disco ball...come and explore what it's all about.
