we are paying USD 100 for 4hours six days/wk. actually hours are not so imp in our case. we have the tasks that needs to be completed..cleaning, dishes, washing etc when its done, she leaves.
Yes we also give the tet bonus and 12 days for leave per year.
In response to the question: i want to know the rate of maid in vietnam i.e fullday (8hrs)and halfday(4hrs) 6 days per week....

we went with our kids and they did not allow them inside..... the pass/card is not a problem but height is if you are taking children with you. This was in May 2006, BTW. never been there since, I also prefer Big C

I usually go to the Victory CD shop in Hang Bac street in the old quarter. It has a lot of selection including the latest releases, popular TV shows, old classics etc. people there also speak a little English-that is handy if you are looking for something specific. For me, what I also like is that it also has a selection of foreign language movies. I also go there to buy Bollywood movies and songs. Good luck.

There is no embassy of Nepal in Vietnam. The closest is either bangkok or burma/Myanmar. If you can travel there, you can get visa from there. However,it is also possible to get visa on arrival.

Not really indian, more popular in Nepal. I saw some in Can tho down south. In Hanoi? Did you try that big shopping place at the heart of the old quarter?
