Hi all,
At Daluva we are working on a new program which will lift your experience to the next level. As a part of this program, Daluva made changes to its staffing structure, including eliminating the position of Assistant Manager, which was held for by Mr. Bryan for about five months.
We would like to acknowledge Bryan’s contributions to Daluva and make it clear that he remains our close friend and professional colleague. We empathize with him along with his partner, close friends and all the customers at Daluva. If we hear about any opportunities for him, we will forward the information as a way to provide a form of out-placement assistance.
Unfortunately, after we announced the change, we learned that friends of Mr. Bryan became disgruntled. Some of these persons have committed what is, in our opinion, a shameful act by writing to our customers and friends and putting postings on a popular on-line restaurant guide about our decision in an untruthful way.
Daluva strives for a consistent customer experience, and it should be that way regardless of who is working at the restaurant. Right now, there is nothing we can do about the postings on the on-line guide, as it is a free-speech area; but we would hope that people comment on the overall restaurant experience; we don’t want to create a hospitality product that is dependent on one staff person, manager, or owner. No matter who is on staff at Daluva on any particular day, we created Daluva to be a place where everyone in our community knows they can have fun and enjoy the friendliest service, tasty food, and great drinks.
We accept honest feedback through any channel, including the on-line guides. In fact, nothing helps us better than honest, truthful comments and ratings. Will you help us out now by telling us what you think!

The ultimate luxury that is actually within nearly everybody's means to have. Silk & velvet bedding and other fabulous items. All designed tastefully, artfully, and in high quality. I am a raving fan, and send every visitor to Hanoi to the shop and encourage them to buy quilts, pillows, and more.

Looking for sales provider of Bose (or similar) satellite speakers (need 8-10), sub-woofers (need 2-3), and amplifier, all should be fairly pro quality, but reasonable price, used or second-hand is ok. For use in a hospitality outlet (restaurant).
