Inappropriate?

The quality aspects of this place are well reviewed already. I just want to add that the customer service is outstanding and goes beyond the expected. When I came in to amend my order info due to a stolen cell phone, owner Kate was there and asked her Vietnamese assistant to help me down at the mobiphone to get my cell phone number back! And at the end of the day that's almost as nice a feeling as falling asleep under a silk blanket.

• I have a decent mountain bike, nothing overkill but perfect for city riding and I really want to have it around for a while. I don't know what the parking rules are for bikes.   Was able to get on the blog just now from the cafe (FPT site) but not from home (unknown internet provider---came with the flat). Must be a connection speed issue. Though if that were the case, why only blogs? Big mystery...

  I'm in...I'm a long time Mac user and now own a Mac Pro, with which i am in well over my head, so i would also be happy to talk shop and put this machine to good use (or offload it to someone who can).
