Inappropriate?

I just had dinner here..
They have a set menu for 30k.. cheapest dinner I've had in a while.. You get a plate with a variety of things to taste: snow balls, Beef w/Pineapple, Cuttle fish, rice, soup w/tofu, some other beef w/ginger and mustard greens.
The food is flavorful and original.
Am so happy I found this place... I'm a rather bored vegetarian..

I know we are all suppose to hate the Americans, even if we are American. But I was wondering if there are any 4th of July celebrations going on. There is one on Sunday at the American Club, but is there one that is happening on July 4th? I need fireworks!

I found that most tour operators only have private tours and not open ones to MC. I am not that strapped for cash but I also cant afford to spend $200-250 on a private tour. $120 is more my budget.

My friend's mother had her bag slashed at the night market, luckily she's a NYrker so she noticed it happening right away and nothing was stolen.
There is pick-pocketing everywhere in the world, it is always a problem and you should always be aware.
Never leave any of your things unattended, keep your bag on the front of your body or cover the zipper with your arm.
The ones here usually travel in pairs (one person pushes the victim slightly onto the other and things are stolen) or a woman pretending to be pregnant pickpockets and stores the things in her fake belly.

It's an age/status/nationality/seriousness thing..
Best thing to do is spend some good quality time with yourself.. and there is plenty to do alone in the city.
Or if you are Vietnamese, am sure you can find a nice man to go out with...
