KOTO a culinary journey through Vietnam




KOTO, a unique vocational training program for street and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam, is launching a new cook book for everyone interested in learning the ancient secrets of Vietnamese cuisine.
Melbourne Chef and KOTO collaborator Tracey Lister & husband Andreas Pohl have written and recorded a very personal culinary & cultural journey through Vietnam, with stunning photographs by Michael Fountoulakis.

Filled with personal anecdotes, recipes and an intimate portrayal of life in Vietnam today, this book is as much an enthralling travel diary as it is a collection of sumptuous and beautifully photographed recipes which will have your mouth watering. Following its critically acclaimed launch in Australia, the Australian Ambassador, Mr Allaster Cox, will launch the book with Tracey and Andreas, at KOTO in Van Mieu on 1st November.
