Hi there - yes, there are regular Saturday runs. Check out the Hash's website on http://www.hanoih3.com - it has all the info you need on where the next run is and how to get there.

I see that it has been a while since this question was posted. I am hoping that during the past 7 months, one of you has found a great running group or some good xc routes. If so, could you pass on some advice? Thank you!
