Anyone have a room available? Haven't had much luck with the housing listings. We're looking for a furnished place with a nice kitchen in central Hanoi. If you're interested in looking for a house with us, please drop me a line and we can go grab a beer. Cheers...

I'm looking for a place for the beginning of November. I'll need a place that's furnished and I'm looking for A/C, parking, and internet. I'm open to various locations. Hoping to find something decent for around $250 or less.
I'm a pretty laid back, low drama kind of guy that tends to get along with almost anyone. I teach English (You too? What a coincidence!!!) and volunteer. I'm pretty tidy. I like pets, but don't plan on having any any time soon. Don't smoke but don't mind it... Will gladly tell you anything else you want to know.
Send me a message if you think we might be able to share a place together.

I'm looking for a house to share with ideally one or two girls! I would like to pay between $150 to $ 250 in total. If we get a house that costs between $500 to $600 and split it between us, it'd be awesome. I am willing to stay anywhere around the Old Quarter or elsewhere.

Looking for a comfortable place to live in Ba Dinh or West Lake for the long term; something around Truc Bac would be ideal. Would really like to move into my own space in mid-November.
Budget is around $250 - $300. I'm a very tidy and considerate housemate, looking for the same.
Contact me if you have any questions, or want to meet up and look for a place together.

Hi!
I'm looking for a place to stay from now to the 13th of August, when I'll be back to France. I've been here for a year, but my previous house's lease has ended one month too early.
I know it's short term, so I don't mind staying in the middle of someone else's stuff.
Really need help!!!
Thanks :)

I'm a 27-year old English teacher from Los Angeles. I'd like to find a shared living situation for around $200 per month. I'll be in Hanoi for the next 6 months so I can't commit to any longer than that. Thanks!

Hi Everyone
We're a French/English couple looking to rent a room in a shared house - any location is possible although really we'd prefer Ba Đình or Đống Đa or maybe Hai Bà Trưng.
We'd like to pay in the region of $150 - $250 but will consider up to $300.
We're ready to move in immediately and would be happy to share with any nationality. We speak French, English and Spanish.
Contact us by phone 0169 953 7856 or email m_viv12@yahoo.co.uk
Looking forward to hear from you!

Hi, I just secured a new two-bedroom, two bath apartment on To Ngoc Van and Xuan Dieu in Tay Ho.
About the place: It's a beautiful 86m2 place that is fully furnish and and has great sunlight coming through. It's on a relatively quiet street near many foreign hang-out spots. The apartment is on the second floor (right above the ground floor). There is one master bedroom with an attached bathroom and a smaller room with a detached bathroom. There is 24/7 security and cleaning service.
Rent is $700 a month for the entire place. We can discuss who will take which room for what share of the rent - I am pretty flexible. I am set to move-in on 1 June.
About me: I am a 29-year old female Viet Kieu from California who came to Hanoi on an extended contract. I am easy-going and fun; however, work keeps me quite busy so I am really only home in the late evenings and weekends. My work requires traveling as well so I am often out of town.
I wanted to keep a pretty good standard of living, which is why I chose this place. You won't be disappointed.
You can email, call, or send me a message if you are interested or have any questions.
Thanks,
Qynn

I would like a room in a house for june and july (and possibly august)or at least one of those months. I realize this is pretty short term, but perhaps if you have not found a long term renter I could fill the room for a month while you continue the search for the best longterm roommate ever.

I've just moved to Hanoi to work at the Vietnam News. I'm still very new to the city and am getting my bearings but I do need to find a place fairly fast. Any leads would be appreciated.
