Description:
The Hanoi Hash House Harriers is a family run where old and young, quick and slow can do some exercise and sightseeing and have fun on a Saturday afternoon. The runs are set with dots of flour and are generally around an hour. A drink stop and hash-holds are normally part of the run. Most runs are set within an hour - 1½ hour drive from Hanoi. It is a great opportunity to see something of the country side and daily life in small Vietnamese villages and to meet people. Total number of runs so far: 900+ Runs are every Saturday afternoon. A bus leaves from American Club, Hai Ba Trung, at 2:30PM in Summer. Winter at 1:30PM.

Some extra information about the Hash:
We run/walk every Saturday afternoon. A bus leaves from American Club, Hai Ba Trung, at 2:30PM in Summer. Winter at 1:30PM.

Hi grubby!
There will be a bus picking u up from Hai Ba Trung str., (sometimes it is the Al Fresco's, 23 Hai Ba Trung; sometimes, is American club) to the starting point, then u make a run during about 1 hour.
