| Dim Sum (yum cha) saved my life | It could be a little far fetched to say that dim sum aka yum cha or perhaps plain old dumplings saved my life. But i'm not sure what sort of person i would be without their existence (less dumplified perhaps). Given their scarcity in this town i thought like minded dumpling folk could gather as one in some form of homage to the dumpling. I'm not sure what this would entail, as kneeling before a dumpling and sipping tea, although rather comical, may lead to unwanted attention.
