It includes bus and ferry - taking you all the way from Hanoi to Cat Ba town. From Hanoi to Cat Ba: leaving from Luong Yen bus station Times: 5'15am, 7'15am, 11'15am, 1'15pm From Cat Ba to Hanoi: leaving from next door to the Phong Lan Hotel on the main road in Cat Ba town. Times: 7'15am, 9'15am, 1'15pm, 3'15pm ......
