The New Hanoian

Dirty, 16 pax per bathroom, nasty nasty bathrooms.

Staff are not trained, stuff is frequently stolen.

Badly run, and only the cheapest tourists stay here. Staff sleep in same rooms as tourists.

When I arrived in Hanoi after a long train journey I was expecting to stay in some bug infested dive, but my experience at Hanoi Central Backpackers was like a dream. The reception was like a seven star hotel with the most gorgeous red river angels wearing beautiful aoi dais, smiling graciously, and offering me free cocktails and champagne. As I sat in the sumptious lobby sipping on my daquiri I was the recipient of a wonderful shoulder massage from the most dazzlingly attractive woman I have ever seen. As I rose she gave me a subtle wink and a little squeeze..... And then I woke up. It was all a dream.

Enough with the fake posts guys. Seven is seven too many.

This is THE BEST hostel in all of Hanoi, and I should know as iv stayed at almost all of them. I came to stay here for a few days until I found an apartment in Hanoi but liked this place so much that iv been here for almost a month.

The thing that makes this hostel better than all the rest is the staff; their friendliness, helpfulness and the fact that they give you free beer makes you feel right at home. Plus you get free breakfast, free internet, comfy beds and its cheaper than most.
What more could you want?

Hanoi Central Backpacker is a very nice Hostel. Its cheap and clean. The Staff is very friendly. We had much fun to eating snake. Such a good time.

Im not a typical backpacker but I just ended up in this place. But never regretted it. Friendly service, extremely hospitable and you will just automatically feel welcome and in love with this place. People here are just lovely, the accommodation is new and you will get free beer or green tea (for the non-alcoholic).

Breakfast is also good, take the chicken noodle.

I will definitely recommend it to my everybody, especially those on a budget trip. Worth your while, guranteed!!
