KOTO RESTAURANT LAUNCHES COOKING CLASS
Hanoi, Vietnam – May 30, 2008 - KOTO (Know One Teach One), a not-for-profit restaurant and vocational training school that changes the lives of street children and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam, has launched a cooking class for anyone interested in learning the ancient secrets of Vietnamese cuisine.
KOTO has more than 70 trainees, aged between 16 and 22 studying in various sectors of the hospitality industry. In addition trainees undertake life skill classes from financial management to reproductive health.
