I went in there at about 6am with very SERIOUS condition, quite dehydrated and not happy. After many tests I was discharged at 1pm feeling quite alive. They are very good, even though it did cost $1100.

A very sobering experience...and sometimes we all need sobering.Designed between 1978 and 1990,under the direction of Soviet architect Grigor Isakovich, with technical assistance from Soviet and Czech engineers, and involvement of Vietnamese architects, the team demanded that the museum adhere to the same requirements of being"Modern,Cultured,Dignified and Simple".Other criteria were that the design incorporate elements of Vietnamese national building, and not be a "stylisation".
The Soviet Union disintegrated shortly afterwards...
So please bear in mind all of the many winds that have blown in Vietnam.
