KOTO on Van Mieu is open everyday for breakfast and lunch during TET (23/01/09 to 30/01/09). Come in and enjoy delicious cuisine with the KOTO family & celebrate the Year of the Buffalo.
As we farewell this year and to celebrate the arrival of the new year KOTO on Van Mieu is bringing new flavours and dishes to its dinner menu. Alongside old favourites try wonderful new dishes over the coming months.
Combining the more sophisticated cooking techniques of classic European favorites with the real flavours of Vietnam’s local ingredients, our new dinner menu provides plenty to savour for diners and trainees alike.
Take our Ha Long Bay Crab Meat Ravioli - while trainees learn the skills and techniques of making this classic pasta dish, diners can sample the delicious and delicate flavours of local seafood specialties like Ha Long Bay Crab. Another universal favourite is the Crème Brûlée, at KOTO it is imbued with the essence and aroma of star anise and accompanied by a compote of Vietnamese nashi pear.
Come and experience a different approach in cooking and service, taking classic dishes and local ingredients for a truly Hanoian dining experience and help “make a difference”.
KOTO is a not-for-profit restaurant and training program that is empowering the lives of street and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam.
KOTO On van Mieu, open seven days for breakfast and lunch, and dinner from Tuesday through to Sunday.
