Hi, does anyone know of any yoga or pilates classes in Hanoi? Wld prefer English speaking instructors. If you have more info on the fees and contact numbers of the instructors, pls let me know. Many thanks!

There is a classes conducted by professional instructor. Contact Marzena- 0904356561.
She does Yoga as well as Pilates classes.

There are at least two good studios:
Zenith Yoga, 31A Van Mieu, next to the Temple of Literature
Yoga Hanoi, 15A Lane 31 off of Xian Dieu
Another is opening in May at 131 (or maybe 111) Xian Dieu, near Vegys market
