I saw the blurb on Cat Ba National Park but I didn't see a telephone number anywhere on that site.

That second number was helpful but the number they gave me for Cat Ba Nat'l Park doesn't work. Oi gioi oi! Still searchin'...
Finally got it via the Holiday View Hotel on Cat Ba Island. If anyone else is looking for it, it's 031-368-8686
