I actually figured out how to get this done...For future reference to others: apparently anyone with a color photocopier in Vietnam must register with the government so you probably won't be able to find this service. Instead copy shops will scan your pages and print them on a color printer. This takes a looong time so I recommend you drop off your items and come back for them later. I imagine it would be faster if you have an electronic version and can just print directly from your usb.
