I haven't been back to Kaohsiung in years, and I'm not sure that I had much luck finding shoes when I lived there. I might be making a trip back there sometime in the coming year, and I'd really like to find some shoes for my size 13~14 feet. Hanoi has nothing much to offer, and my soles are wearing thin. Will I have much luck with anything other than basketball shoes?

Crocs and Birks:) I've heard tell of big shoes at Marks and Spenser in the Dream Mall, but it depends on your style - all the men's clothes I've seen there are pretty preppy.

I have UK 13 or USA 14 size feet. Believe me I have looked all over,including Marks & Sparks, there is nothing in Kaohsiung. I order all my shoes and trainers from EBay in the USA. It actually works out cheaper then it would cost here,if you could buy them. Just bought a brand new pair of Nike Stab Air for USD70:00 including postage. They arrived within 5 days. You can buy large size clothing no problem. There is a great value for money outsize shop on the right in the alley opposite Ta Lee department store on Wu Fu 3rd Rd.
