New to Hanoi. Got a Labrador dog. How about using a side-car motorcycle? Is it easy to find here? Any suggestions for easy transportation with a dog? Thank you!

Actually, the easiest and simplest way for walking-with-a-dog is go on your foot. In Hanoi there are few side-cars and as I know, it's not for rent and you must buy one instead.
One more thing. Make sure that your dog is always at your side because 1.the traffic, and 2.thieves
