I've heard you can purchase drugs such as valium, over the counter medicine here.
Has anyone had any luck getting stuff like valium, oxycodine or percocet? And if so, what exactly do you ask for in Vietnamese?

On Ngoc Khanh street (just south of RMIT and north of VKO. It's almost opposite the Rose Garden)is a 'pill dispensing' building. They have numerous stalls with representatives who dispense various types of medication.
