Is there an easy way to get to Cuc Phuong? I am travelling with babies and family visiting so there are enough of us to hire a car. Does anyone know a driver or alternative way to get there?
LP says there are no direct bus routes, is this true?

I have been to Cuc Phuong three weeks ago. It was a combined tour, Cuc Phuong and Tam Coc. I booked the tour in one of the travel agencies in Old Quarter. However, there are no "regular" tours, so you have to book a "private" tour which means you have our own car, a driver and a guide. I think when you tell them that you want to go with your family, they should be able to organize a big car for you. It is just a question of the price.
