Somehow my question seems to have disappeared,so I try again.How to do private teaching at home legally?(Not English).I guess Vietnamese would register a household business?Do we need to register a business and pay taxes and all that kind of stuff,or how does it work?And when is a foreigner a resident in Vietnam?
