Hello
My husband and I are traveling throughout south east asia and we'll be in Hanoi and we're planning for a few weeks starting on Oct. 15. I'm looking to do some yoga or mat-based pilates classes while in town, can anyone recommend a good place for single classes (I can't do a membership because of short time stay).
Also, I am looking to dedicate some of my time to volunteer in an orphanage or school, if anyone has a contact please send it my way!

Re: Yoga & Pilates, there's a studio called Zenith Yoga (4th floor, 111 Xuan Dieu in the West Lake District) that offers both for 100,000 VND per class. Check out their website for details:
