Where can I buy a decent used bicycle?
(I asume a new bike would get stolen pretty quick!)

The price of a bicylce is about 1,2m VND, it is not worth of stealing it! If you really want to buy, you can call me and I will take you to the flea maket to choose a good one with cheap price.

Just south of Tran Hung Dao St on Ba Trieu, across the street from Western Canned Foods, there are lots of bike shops.
