not very versed in rice lingo, but i know Phuong shop on Xuan Dieu (right by the ex-Vine Annex), has different type of rice.
Though i think some are from Japan and some from Thailand. So i can't say for sure if it's what you are looking for.
But as Anuj664 said, there is one market in the old quarter that has many different type of rice.
