KOTO has weekly cooking classes on Tuesdays at 101 Xuan Dieu with Tracey Lister. There are 6 different themes: BBQ, Hanoi Specialities, From the Coast, Street Food (and 2 more which I forget) $189 for all 6 classes. Contact Koto or check their website
