Is it possible to buy a real motobike( 250 -> 500cc and not an oldies) in Hanoi? And is it more expensive than abroad (because of tax)? And where?

The folks at one of the Highway 4 locations or Minsk Club Hanoi may be able to point you in the right direction. Even if you are not in the market for a Minsk, I'm guessing that you may get some information from fellow riders on tracking down suitable wheels.
