We live in Trung Hoa - Nhan Chinh area (close to Big C). Apartments are very spacious here and the price is a lot lower than in Ciputra. Plus, most of the buildings are very new.
On the other hand, there no parks, lakes, etc. around here; so you need to drive a little if you want to take a walk or smth.
