What do people think of the condoms one can buy in Vietnam?
ie. Are they of sufficient quality to be trusted? Are they likely to cause their own special rashes from allergic reactions to impure ingredients?
And where does one buy them? I did come across 'vietcondom world' (or something like that) once, however can't remember where.
Should I just bring a two year supply back with me from Australia??
(tricky to estimate).

Have no clue about the local condoms, but have seen western brands at Citimart and some other places.

Yeah, Citimart sells Trojans but only in the big boxes. Shouldn't be a problem if your game is tight, lol.

Hi Khumbu In Ha Noi, any kind of condoms are sold in pharmacies. The localcondoms is good enough to avoid something bad but it is not so good for feeling. Goodluck

You can buy various kinds of Durex - trusted brand - at that store Vietcondom or whatever the name is - but I think it is more expensive. You can also buy them in some of the Hapromarts (mini supermarkets) and maybe in the pharmacies too.
Oh and the Vietcondom world place is on Cau Go street, just north of the lake if i remember correctly.

well, u can come to phamarcies or condomViet to ask for them. I think the local ones are ok! CondomViet is at 36 Cau Go street or 182 Le Thanh Nghi street. Cell phone : 0904 273 338, they have a website here if u want to check, but i am afraid that its written in vietnamese only : condomviet.com

uhm! what can I say. local ones are smaller size, I heard :D so make sure you choose the right one. even Vietnamese people prefer Durex, so I guess ur better off buying those. You can find them in most pharmacies. There is one Japanese brand which is more expensive and even better quality. You can try them out too.

I personally don't trust Durex. They feel smaller and I had one break on me when I was younger. I suggest sticking to the Trojans they have in Citimart in Hanoi Tower.
