Hi Jimbo,
You can try looking for those shop on Hang Trong St, around Puku cafe area. There used to be a number of them there
But I notice there is one small shop at the corner of Ly Quoc Su where it meets Hang Bong St, they do designing and printing T-shirt. Im sure you can get your stuff done there.

I recommend you a good address get cheap and good quality to print logo or some words on t-shirt: 87 Hang Bong str. in old quarter. I think they can use 'pdf file
if u need to learn more about printer or even something about advertising or brand identity so let me know cause i am working for a professional communication company,
