I went to the Hair workshop at Hanoi towers to get my hair coloured and they did a good job. Think prices start at about $30 depending what you need done.

Hien's on Yen Phu ... ask for Thu - she speaks enough English. They really cheap!

Thanks for the advice - I ended up at Hair workshop at Hanoi Towers, and was happy with the result which is always good!
