It's the safest city I've lived in. (Europe, N. Am and Thailand) Having said that be careful on the roads. There's quite a bit of stuff for kids to do now - movies, swimming pools, parks, UNIS has after school activities etc

hmm, hate to rain on the parade, but i got my bag slashed off me (set up job w. xe om driver, or probably just chancer, & a couple of mates) & they managed to take a bit of a chunk out of my arm too. Having said that, they didn't mean to hurt me, i saw the shock on their faces, & it was late & i'd had a few drinks & let's face it, it's not what most people would consider safe, hopping on the back of a stranger's motorbike & expecting them to take you home...
