I don't think is generally available yet. It was supposed to be public released last month or early this month, but as far as I know people are still waiting in line for one.

I've just bought one tonight (23D Hai ba Trung, very professional). It is available in Hanoi (ok, the manuals were in chinese :)).

I'll tell you later if it is up to its growing reputation...

@ Alexis,

n.p. shortly after my post they started turning up all over Hamburg too. Frustrating really, as I wanted to buy one about 3 weeks earlier and had to settle for the 400D.
