sleeping pills

Can any one recommend good sleeping pills (that I can get without a prescription but strong..) and a good pharmacy to get them from?

I thought I could go without them but after 7 months of not sleeping a full night, I could really use some..

i don't know about a brand of sleeping pills but i'd try the pharmacy of the Hanoi Family Medical Practice and the one at the corner of Trang Thi and the Hoan Kiem Lake

they should be able to help you

Yeah, Hanoi's not exactly the place you come for good sleep. I know where you're coming from. Rosters at 4am, bike horns at 5am and people at 6! If you want to stay away from the hard stuff like Diazepam and Stilnox, try a herbal pill they have here called Rotundine. It's ok, not great, but does the job. It's the only herbal sleeping pill I know that actually has any effects. Other than that you could ask for one of the old school antihistamines such as Atarax or Doxylamine. They're the most common over the counter sleeping pills in the west. Go to a larger chemist and write these on a piece of paper. Big problem is they make you feel really tired the next day and all you want to do is sleep.
Good-luck with it all.
