I've experienced some amazing all-English karaoke setups while in tiny mountain towns -- full on-screen menus, fantastic, up-to-date, comprehensive song lists... -- in other words, miles ahead of anything I've seen in Hanoi! I refuse to believe that NO karaoke place in the city can match that. So... where the hell are the good places? Can someone please recommend somewhere worth going?

apparently you're going to have to believe it :( I certainly haven't seen anything better than that ratty old songbook, and it's actually made me appreciate John Denver. That 's how bad things are.
