Not sure if this is officially allowed, but I have seen people bring their pets (usually small dogs) in and out of the block where I live.

Hello,
We live in one of the towers and have a relatively small dog. She has been welcomed by everyone around (apparently dogs are a source of humor for some Vietnamese). Just clean up after and you should be good.

Thanks everyone for your replies. We called in yesterday for a drink at jafa and it seems lots of people have cats and dogs. Now we just need to find the right apartment, we got pippep at the post on one we liked yesterday.
Anyone know of any that are up for rent? the estate agents all have the same four or five to show us within our budget.

Aye, please clean up, and keep it under control, i nearly got one stuck under my wheels last time i was back.

Come to think of it, keep it out of sight, my son wants a pet, and we've told him no one else has one in the towers :-)
