You can visit National Hospital of Ophthalmology at #85 - Ba Trieu st. - Hai Ba Trung dist. They sell contact lenses but you should go with someone knows Vietnamese. You also can visit "Vietnam-France Hospital" (L’Hôpital Français de Hanoi)at #1 - Phuong Mai road - Dong Da dist. Link: http://www.hfh.com.vn/ It's an international hospital so they speak English very well.

actually, you can just go to the Trang Tien Plaza ( which is in the center), and buy new ones with free consultation. on the first floor. they speak English and pretty helpful. Good-luck

I would recommend you go to No2 Giang Vo (I'm not so sure which number but if you want mail me so that I can figure it out for you). there is an optical clinic nearby the Department of Health. I'm short-sighted and came there, they checked my eyes for free within 15 minutes and advised me not to wear contact lenses though I insisted on asking to buy :)). Check it out.

I went to Tran Tien Plaza, specifically Hang Hien optometrist. Prices start from 100,000/pair. Be sure to check the expiry dates and get a receipt in case you want to return them.
