Suggest you try Linh, mobile 0903 28 6829 or her workshop/studio 9422 761. She speaks good English, has many foreign customers, and probably the best tailor in town (in my opinion).

Yes, the workshop/studio is at 3B Ha Hoi in Hoan Kiem District. The place is located just behind the Cambodian Embassy, and directly opposite the Ha Hoi restaraunt (of course). BUT, best to ring and make an appointment first (mobile 0903 28 6829 or her workshop/studio 9422 761), as she prefers to work this way (allows her to give customers the best service).

Any updated recommendations on tailors?
Have just dumped the person I was using, after my clothes kept falling apart at the seams and she took 4 weeks, and 5 visits from me, to make me a pair of pants.
