quinoa,canned chickpeas, baking soda, baking powder: western canned goods on Ba Trieu or L's Place in West Lake.
Seaweed sheets: K-mart (korean supermarket) in cau giay. I'm sure there's a place that's closer that sells seaweed sheets, but I don't know where. maybe you could ask someone at a sushi restaurant. WCG might have it.
Fivi-mart or citi-mart will carry brie cheese.
You can buy chickpeas at any of the grocery stores (Fivi and Citi included). Sometimes canned lentils too. You'll also be able to find baking soda at those places.
Quinoa, couscous, and baking powder for sure at Western Canned. Would imagine you can also get them at Dan's or L's Place.
